Certification Standards for Manyo Beef

【Breed】Japanese Black Beef (Wagyu) made in Tottori
【Grade】Meat quality grade 4 or higher
【Other criteria】
It must be cattle with exclusive shipment records under Inaba wagyu.
It must be raised by a member of the Manyo Beef Production and Distribution Association and shipped to the Tottori Inaba Agricultural Cooperative.
Among carcasses shipped by designated Manyo Beef producers, it must be certified by the Manyo Beef Production and Distribution Association.
